About Dr Schubiner
Dr Howard Schubiner is a US-based doctor, author and internationally recognised expert and trailblazer of mind-body medicine.
​
He directs the Mind Body Medicine Center at Ascension Providence Hospital in Michigan and is a clinical professor at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He is one of the co-founders of the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms (ATNS) - a US not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness of the neuroplastic (mind-body) approach to health and recovery.

Dr Schubiner is the author of several influential books including Unlearn Your Pain and Unlearn Your Depression and Anxiety.
​
He has featured in scientific publications, conferences, podcast and the documentary, This Might Hurt. Above all, he is known for the warmth, clarity and hope he brings to his teaching.
