Our Resources & Courses for Individuals
Here we collate resources developed by Living Proof to support individuals using the neuroplastic / mind-body approach to heal chronic symptoms. Each resource comes from the hearts of our recoveree team and draws on our lived experiences of healing.
Whenever we are able to offer an online course, in-person event or support group for individuals, we will advertise this here.

Stories of Hope Online
Stories of Hope Online is our series of real-life recovery-story webinars, hosted monthly on Zoom. Each session features a recovery story from within our team or from a friend of Living Proof.

There is also a Q&A with a team of recoverees who all share their insights, experiences, tools and tips in response to questions.

These sessions are suitable for anyone facing chronic symptoms and using the neuroplastic / mind-body approach to recover. Or anybody supporting someone on this journey.

Places at the sessions are limited to keep things 'cosy' and make sure everyone has the opportunity to ask their questions ... so please register early!
