Private Practitioners
If you've tried a self-guided approach to recovery and feel you aren't making progress - and you have the finances available - you may wish to consider engaging a mind-body coach. You can find a list of SIRPA-trained practitioners here (primarily UK-based). Pain Plus Scotland has also recently been launched, a multi-disciplinary group of practitioners and coaches working with the neuroplastic approach.
